1. Who we are. This website and the waitlist are operated by Akaydigital LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Contact: info@akaydigital.net. Akaydigital LLC is the data controller for the data described here.
2. What we process.
- Waitlist data: your email address, the language of the page you used, the time you signed up, and the version of the consent text you accepted. We do not ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
- Customer and billing data (paid plans): your account email, the plan you chose and its renewal and cancellation status, and the time you confirmed immediate access at checkout. The payment itself is handled by Stripe (see below): Stripe collects your card details and processes the payment. We receive from Stripe what we need to give you access, invoice you and keep tax records: your name, billing address and country, tax ID if you give one, plan, amount, tax, card brand and last four digits, and payment status. We never see your full card number.
- Messages to us: if you write to us, the content of your message and your email address.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes your request (including your IP address) to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not store IP addresses in our waitlist records.
Anonymous visit counts: on our public pages we count page loads, clicks on the sign-up link, and a short campaign label from the link (utm_source, if present), together with the page language. These are totals only: no cookie, no local storage, no identifier, no IP address and no account is attached, so a count cannot be tied to you. We do not count anything if your browser sends Do Not Track.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis.
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK) |
|---|---|
| Keeping you on the waitlist and emailing you about the launch of the product | Your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) / KVKK Art. 5(1) and 5(2)) |
| Proving that you consented | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) / KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) |
| Delivering the website, security, preventing abuse | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) / KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) |
| Selling and billing the paid plans, giving you access, refunds and tax records | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) / KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and 5(2)(ç) |
| Answering your messages | Legitimate interest or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)) |
4. What we send you. Only updates about the launch of this product and, if you ask, replies to your messages. We do not sell your email address and we do not use it for other companies' advertising. Every email we send carries a link to leave the list.
5. Who receives your data. We do not sell your data. Service providers that help us run the site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): website hosting, delivery, security, and the database that holds the waitlist. We keep waitlist records in the European Union where the provider offers that choice.
- Stripe, Inc. (USA) and its affiliates, including Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) for customers in the EEA ("Stripe"): payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing and fraud prevention for paid plans. Stripe processes payment data on our behalf and is an independent controller for the data it uses for its own fraud prevention, legal and regulatory obligations, under its privacy policy.
Authorities may receive data where the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside your country. Our company is in the USA. For transfers out of the EU and the UK we use the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; for transfers out of Turkey we use the standard contract under KVKK Art. 9.
7. How long we keep it. Waitlist records are kept until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 24 months after sign-up unless you have confirmed that you want to stay on the list. Billing and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires (at Stripe and with us). Messages to us are kept for up to 2 years.
8. Your rights. You can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, and ask for a copy (GDPR Art. 15-22, KVKK Art. 11). You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving a reason, using the link in any of our emails or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect what we did before. If you live in California you may ask to know, delete and correct your data; we do not sell it or share it for targeted advertising. You may complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Turkey, the KVK Board).
9. Cookies. See the cookie policy.
10. Children. The site is meant for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
11. Changes. If we change this text in an important way, we will update the date above and, for waitlist members, tell you in our next email.
